Muralism is one of the most developed artistic movements in Mexico. That’s why LMI-ELDORADO partnered with artist Javier Covo, creator of the famous Yucatecan character Donia Way, to create this 4-meter by 2-meter artwork. This mural presents, around the iconic figure of Donia Way (in the center), the issues related to human activities (on the left) and some solutions adapted to the context of the Yucatan Peninsula (on the right). The inauguration of this artwork was attended by Jean-Pierre Asvazadourian, the French ambassador to Mexico, and the artist. The mural is displayed in the reception area of the ELDORADO Laboratory.
